Delivery Analyst

Are you someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, solving problems, and working directly with clients?

Acxiom is looking for a Delivery Analyst to join our team in Mexico. This role is a great fit for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the IT/Computer Science industry and someone who has worked with marketing campaign execution, SQL/data, and client-facing delivery and wants to continue building their career in a global data and technology environment.

This is not a traditional digital marketing role. You will work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and develop campaigns that bring those objectives to life. Success in this role requires managing data, workflows, and technology platforms while proactively resolving issues to ensure campaigns execute seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

· Support and execute marketing campaigns from setup through delivery and validation.

· Work with SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle , to query, validate, and troubleshoot campaign and customer data.

· Manage campaign inputs/outputs, data feeds, file transfers, segmentation, and other technical delivery requirements.

· Work directly with clients and internal teams , understanding requests and translating them into accurate deliverables.

· Investigate campaign, data, and production issues, identify root causes, and drive problems through resolution.

· Perform quality checks to ensure campaigns and data are accurate before delivery.

· Manage client requests, incidents, and priorities within established timelines and SLAs.

· Take ownership of your work and know when to investigate independently and when to bring in the right technical resources.

· Collaborate with teams across technology, data, operations, and client delivery.

· Mentor less experienced team members

What We’re Looking For

· 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Information Technology or Computer Science

· Hands-on experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns .

· Intermediate to proficient experience with SQL

· Experience in technical operations, campaign operations, marketing operations, or client delivery environments .

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Experience working directly and communicating with clients, customers, or business stakeholders .

· Ability to manage priorities and take ownership without much direction.

· Strong English communication skills for working with global teams and clients.

· Multi-tasking skills

Great to Have

Experience using SAS

Experience in data processing and data integration

Understanding of relational database design

Experience with Campaign Management Tools

File Transfer Protocols

Cloud Environment Experience
