We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Grandview Save-On-Foods location in Vancouver, BC.

You will be responsible for:

• •Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• •Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• •Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• •Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• •Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• •Other duties as assigned.

You have:

• •A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.
• •A clean driver’s abstract.
• •A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.
• •Experience in a customer service-related role.
• •A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• •Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both day and night.
• •Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
