Description

Job Summary

The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering merchandise between our facilities as well as customer homes efficiently and safely, while maintaining the company's commitment to exceptional customer service. The role requires positive interactions with customers and careful handling of products to ensure a high-quality delivery experience. This is a weekday morning and weekend position averaging 10-15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver merchandise to customer homes and various locations in a safe and timely manner.
Ensure that all items are delivered in excellent condition, and report any issues related to damaged products or delivery delays.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service with each interaction.
Perform general vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safe driving conditions.
Assist in loading and unloading products when required.
Follow all traffic and safety regulations to ensure safe operation of the vehicle.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
Other duties as assigned to support operations.

Requirements

Qualifications

Must hold a current, valid MN driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and tact in all interactions.
Ability to handle and deliver products safely to minimize damages.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English clearly.
Must maintain a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to adapt to the dynamic needs of the job.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Delivering to various locations in different weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures.
Regular interaction with customers and occasional exposure to environmental elements while unloading products.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
