About the Role

Our enterprise services arm processes thousands of catalog images daily for brands like PVH, Shein, Cred, and Kalyan —running them through AI generation workflows + human refinement to deliver production-ready assets at scale.

We're looking for a Delivery Lead to own this function end to end. You'll take requirements from Account Managers , run them through our AI + human pipeline , and deliver finished assets to clients on time, every time. You'll manage a growing team of 25 + Image Editors operators and QA specialists , build the delivery muscle of a high-output creative agency, and s cale output by 2.5x in your first 90 days.

What you'll own

Daily production execution

• •Allocate batches, monitor throughput, clear blockers, hit SLAs.
• •You’re the single point of accountability for everything that ships.

Team performance

Manage and scale:

• •Image Editors Team (18 → 23+)
• •QA team (5 → 7)

Hire, train, set standards, run reviews.

Pipeline operations

• •Monitor AI generation success rates
• •Identify tool failure patterns across image types
• •Coordinate with engineering for fixes
• •Track pass-through rates & predict workload

Client delivery SLAs

• •Build and enforce delivery frameworks
• •Define input cutoffs, approval windows, turnaround commitments
• •Establish escalation protocols
• •Align with AMs and internal teams

Quality systems

• •Standardize per-client checklists
• •Define complexity tiers
• •Run weekly rejection root-cause analysis

Every bounce = a process failure you fix.

Capacity planning

• •Forecast weekly delivery capacity
• •Account for complexity mix
• •Build models enabling confident sales commitments

The bottleneck isn’t people—it’s pipeline reliability and process discipline. You’ll fix both.

What we're looking for

• •7–10+ years in delivery/operations leadership within:
• •Creative production
• •Post-production
• •Catalog management
• •Agency services

• •You’ve run production floors , not just managed projects
• •Hands-on image post-processing expertise Background replacement
• •Model swaps
• •Color correction
• •Retouching
• •Logo placement in Photoshop

• •Ability to open a PSD and judge quality
• •Working knowledge of AI image generation tools Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc.
• •Understand AI limitations & human intervention needs
• •Experience managing 20–30+ member teams Hiring, training, shift planning, performance
• •Agency-first mindset SLA-driven
• •Client-facing
• •Comfortable with daily targets & timelines
• •Data-native operator Reads trackers
• •Spots anomalies
• •Diagnoses root causes
• •Fixes proactively

Strong signals

• •Scaled creative ops from 30–50 → 100+ people
• •Experience in e-commerce catalog (fashion/jewelry/accessories)
• •Worked with AI-augmented production workflows
• •Background in catalog ops at Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio
• •Built process from scratch in a startup
