As a Delivery Lead - Oracle Finance - Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment to navigate challenging situations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on using and managing Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, working within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives and acting on feedback.

Responsibilities

• - Leading the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes
• - Analyzing client needs to configure and integrate Oracle Finance systems effectively
• - Managing financial reporting and budgeting processes using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
• - Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation
• - Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of Oracle Financials
• - Overseeing the development of financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights for clients
• - Validating compliance with regulatory authority requirements within financial systems
• - Directing teams through complex financial projects, demonstrating composure in challenging situations
• - Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 6 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• - Leveraging Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• - Demonstrating skills in financial forecasting and financial modeling
• - Utilizing analytical thinking for finance process improvements
• - Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
• - Leading teams through complex financial transformations and improvements
