Delivery Manager

The Role

• We’re looking for a Delivery / Project Manager to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of projects across AI, Data, and Engineering for our clients.
• This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project and people management skills with a genuine passion for technology and innovation . You’ll oversee the full delivery lifecycle — from planning and execution to optimization and stakeholder alignment — ensuring projects run efficiently, meet expectations, and deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead end-to-end project delivery : scope, resourcing, timelines, reporting, communication, and financials.
• •Maintain high-quality delivery standards and ensure strong client satisfaction across projects.
• •Apply and adapt Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) to fit each team’s and client’s needs.
• •Track and assess project performance , proactively identifying risks and improvement areas.
• •Drive clear and transparent stakeholder communication , managing expectations at all levels.
• •Monitor project health , including risks, sentiment, and financials.
• •Lead and support cross-functional teams , fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• •Maintain accurate RAG/RAID tracking and provide clear visibility into project status.

Requirements

Proven experience in project or delivery management , ideally within a tech, consulting, or SaaS environment .

Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery frameworks .

Skilled in JIRA or similar project management tools.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (internal and client-facing).

Demonstrated people management experience — mentoring, coaching, and developing teams within your projects

A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• •Experience working in tech consulting — exposure to a variety of projects and clients .
• Previous experience in a small agency or tech company , where adaptability and ownership are key.

Familiarity with foreign markets and international clients .

Scrum, Agile, or Project Management certification (e.g. CSM, Prince2, AgilePM).

Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
