Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of software projects for USA & UK clients . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery, managing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple projects
• •Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction
• •Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and project teams
• •Act as the primary point of contact for USA & UK clients
• •Monitor project performance, KPIs, and delivery metrics
• •Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• •Drive process improvements and delivery excellence
• •Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum / Delivery frameworks

Required Skills

• •Strong experience in delivery management (08–10 years)
• •Experience handling USA & UK clients / international projects
• •Deep understanding of SDLC and project delivery lifecycle
• •Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• •Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• •Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• •Technical background in software development
• •Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
• •Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS / Azure)
• •PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications

Eligibility Criteria

• •B.Tech / B.E / MCA / MBA or related field
• •Experience managing global teams and remote delivery
