About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery Operations – Back Office to support our training delivery and program operations team with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities. This role is ideal for a graduate who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in building a career in operations and program management.

Key Responsibilities

• •Support day-to-day batch operations, student onboarding, and training coordination.
• •Maintain attendance records, assessment schedules, trackers, and delivery reports.
• •Coordinate with trainers, internal teams, and on-ground SPOCs to ensure smooth program execution.
• •Assist with platform-related activities, including course setup, learner mapping, and assessment coordination.
• •Track daily challenges, assignments, assessments, and program milestones.
• •Ensure timely data updates, accurate reporting, and closure of operational action items.
• •Monitor day-to-day delivery activities, identify operational gaps, and escalate potential risks.
• •Provide administrative and operational support to ensure timely execution of training programs.

Key Skills

• •Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• •Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• •Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• •Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• •Internship or project experience in operations, administration, coordination, or program management is an added advantage.
