Why This Role Matters: Demand generation is essential to accelerating growth across Acrisure's portfolio of solutions. This role serves as the primary demand generation leader for key products and solutions, creating the programs, insights, and performance strategies that drive pipeline creation and fuel revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned to business goals, revenue targets, and growth priorities.
  • Own demand generation plans from initial strategy and planning through to activation and optimization for an assigned portfolio and target audiences.
  • Translate business objectives into clear campaign strategies, measurable marketing goals, and performance plans.

Establish campaign processes, templates, operating rhythms, and best practices that enable demand generation programs to scale.

Funnel Management & Optimization

  • Manage performance across the marketing funnel, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and accelerate pipeline progression.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to define funnel stages, service level agreements, and measurement frameworks.
  • Continuously optimize buyer acquisition and conversion strategies.

Channel Optimization

  • Lead digital demand generation efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Optimize channel mix and investment strategies based on performance and business impact.
  • Evaluate and test new tactics, channels, and approaches to improve results.

Analytics, Attribution & Forecasting

  • Establish performance benchmarks, reporting frameworks, and forecasting models.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate attribution, pipeline measurement, and revenue reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to marketing and business leadership.

Marketing Technology & Operations

  • Act as a power user of marketing technology platforms and automation tools.
  • Partner with Digital and Revenue Operations to improve data quality, campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Integrated Marketing, Sales Enablement, Digital, and Revenue Operations.
  • Ensure demand generation programs support go-to-market priorities and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and scaling demand generation programs in B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of funnel management, performance marketing, attribution, and revenue measurement.
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Demonstrated success influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Builder-mentality, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to adjust quickly and create structure where none exists.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, revenue marketing, or related disciplines.
