Position Overview

Prokeep is in the middle of a significant transformation, from a communication platform to an Order Engine that powers the front-of-house for distributors. As we grow, we are building out our Marketing team to keep the top of the funnel full in our SMB segment.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Demand Generation Manager for SMB owns new-logo pipeline generation for the segment. You will build and run campaigns and plays across email, outbound SDR, and some events, and you will work closely with Content Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to do it.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone with B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience who writes well, is comfortable in the data, and likes working side by side with Sales. Experience in wholesale distribution or construction is a plus.

Success in this role means campaigns across email and SDR outbound are running consistently and driving SMB new-logo pipeline. You turn strategy and campaign ideas into live sends, plays, and events quickly and without anything falling through the cracks. The result is a dependable engine that keeps SMB pipeline moving week over week.

Your Mission

The Demand Generation Manager for SMB is the engine behind new-logo pipeline for our SMB segment. You build the plan, run the plays, and use results to decide what to scale, pause, or stop. This is a remote role in the United States.

Build and run the SMB Marketing Playbook: a measurable plan across email, outbound SDR, and events that is tied to SMB pipeline goals.

Stand up a full account-based marketing (ABM) motion for SMB, using proven best practices and new ideas.

Build and run plays in HubSpot and Unify, including workflows, sequences, segmentation, and targeting.

Use AI to identify the contacts and companies most ready for a sales call or a campaign message.

Write and refine campaign copy for SDR plays, marketing emails, and outbound sequences.

Work with the SDR Manager every day on lead flow and hand-off volume, and build their feedback into the next campaign.

Use performance data and A/B testing to decide what to scale, pause, or stop.

Partner with Content Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to get the content, data, and routing each campaign needs.

Manage the SMB campaign calendar and keep every campaign on schedule.

Report weekly on pipeline generated by channel and campaign, and flag what is working.

Travel to our headquarters in New Orleans at least once a quarter, plus events as needed.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, focused on demand generation or growth marketing.

A track record of running campaigns that generate new-logo pipeline.

Hands-on experience building campaigns and plays in HubSpot.

Experience running high-volume outbound or signal-based orchestration plays (for example, Unify or RollWorks).

Experience using AI to build target lists or to generate campaigns or projects.

Strong analytical skills: comfortable in dashboards, testing ideas, and presenting data-driven decisions.

Strong writing skills, with the ability to take campaign copy to at least 80% ready.

Strong project management: organized, detail-oriented, and reliable on follow-through.

Experience partnering closely with Sales, and you enjoy it.

Unify experience is a plus.

Experience in wholesale distribution or construction is a plus.
