Shape how demand becomes reality

At Novanta, we are looking for a Demand Planner & Scheduler who thrives on turning complexity into clarity.

This isn’t just about planning — it is about owning how customer demand flows through a manufacturing environment , ensuring that what we promise is what we deliver.

What you will be doing:

• •Translate customer demand into achievable production plans
• •Set realistic promise dates based on capacity & materials
• •Build and manage production schedules and work orders
• •Identify risks, constraints, and trade-offs early
• •Partner with production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution
• •Support data-driven improvements , including Power BI initiatives

What we are looking for:

• •Experience in demand planning, scheduling, or production planning
• •Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to make confident decisions in changing environments
• •Good communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
• •Interest in data and continuous improvement
