Schedule:

• •Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• •Tuesday: Off
• •Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• •Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• •Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Fairfax Dental Esthetics, and 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Tysons Dental Esthetics (alternating)

$65–$70 per hour , based on experience and qualifications + $7,500 Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities

• •Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures
• •Conduct periodontal charting and assessments
• •Take diagnostic radiographs
• •Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• •Perform scaling and root planing (SRP)
• •Administer fluoride treatments
• •Educate patients on oral health and home care
• •Collaborate with doctors to develop and support treatment plans
• •Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every visit

Qualifications

• •Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License ( New graduates and hygienists awaiting Virginia licensure are encouraged to apply. )
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Experience providing comprehensive dental hygiene care, including:
• •Perio charting
• •Digital X-rays
• •Prophylaxis
• •Scaling & Root Planing (SRP)
• •Patient education
• •Fluoride treatments

• •Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
• •Team-oriented mindset
