Arlington Dental Aesthetics is looking for a full-time, friendly, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Pay & Schedule:

• •$65–$67 per hour
• •Full-time
• •Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• •No evenings or weekends

Patient-Focused Scheduling:

• •Recall appointments: 60 minutes
• •New patient appointments: 75 minutes
• •Scaling and Root Planing (SRP): Scheduled based on provider recommendation

Work with advanced equipment including :

• •CBCT
• •Nomad™ handheld X-ray
• •iTero® digital scanner
• •Intraoral cameras
• •Dentrix practice management software

Responsibilities:

• •Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis)
• •Complete periodontal charting
• •Provide scaling and root planing (SRP)
• •Take digital radiographs
• •Administer fluoride treatments
• •Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• •Partner with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient experiences
• •Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• •Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license or awaiting licensure (New Grads Welcome)
• •Current CPR/BLS certification
• •Strong communication and patient education skills
• •Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
• •Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
