• •Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• •Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• •Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• •Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Starting at $30 per hour , with compensation based on experience and qualifications.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Montgomery Smiles, you will:

• •Provide preventive dental hygiene services and patient-centered care.
• •Perform periodontal charting and assess periodontal health.
• •Provide prophylaxis and scaling and root planing (SRP).
• •Take diagnostic dental radiographs.
• •Apply fluoride treatments.
• •Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive treatment.
• •Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation.
• •Build positive relationships with patients through excellent communication and a warm, professional chairside manner.
• •Collaborate with the dental team to promote outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• •Current Alabama Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• •Proficiency in periodontal charting, prophylaxis, SRP, dental radiographs, and fluoride treatments.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach to patient care.
• •Commitment to providing excellent clinical care and creating a positive patient experience.
• •Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
