• Pay: $36–$42 per hour, based on experience + $5,000 Sign On
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Smiles in the Cove, led by Dr. Carandang, is looking for a dedicated, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team!

Responsibilities

• •Perform comprehensive hygiene services, including prophylaxis and scaling and root planing (SRP).
• •Complete periodontal charting and take dental X-rays.
• •Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• •Administer fluoride treatments and other preventive services.
• •Identify oral health concerns and communicate treatment recommendations.
• •Collaborate with Dr. Carandang and the team to provide excellent patient care.
• •Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control protocols.
• •Build positive relationships and create a comfortable patient experience.

Qualifications

• •Active Florida Dental Hygiene License required.
• •New graduates and candidates awaiting licensure are encouraged to apply.
• •Knowledge of periodontal charting, X-rays, prophylaxis, SRP, and patient education.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Dependable, positive, and passionate about patient care.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
