Description

  • Associate Dentist
  • Anamosa Dental Associates | Iowa Dental Associates
  • Anamosa, Iowa

At Anamosa Dental Associates, we’re looking for an Associate Dentist who wants to become part of our team and the community we serve. We want patients to feel heard, comfortable asking questions, and confident in their care—and we’re looking for a doctor who shares that approach.

This opportunity is a chance to build lasting patient relationships, contribute your ideas, and help shape the experience patients have in our office. You’ll also be connected to Iowa Dental Associates, with access to mentorship and collaboration as you develop your career.

Your Place on Our Team

We’re looking for someone who takes time to get to know patients, communicates openly with teammates, and understands that a successful practice depends on everyone working together. Your clinical interests and professional goals matter to us, and we’d love to learn what you hope to build in your next role.

As a Dentist, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive dental care tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Help patients understand their treatment options and feel comfortable making decisions.
  • Build relationships with patients and families through consistent, thoughtful care.
  • Work closely with our team to make each visit welcoming and well coordinated.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high standards of care.

Support as You Grow

You’ll have access to experienced Iowa Dental Associates doctors and clinical leadership for mentorship, case discussions, and continued learning. Whether you’re strengthening your foundation or developing a particular clinical interest, we want to support your progress.

Let’s Connect

We’d love to hear what you’re looking for in your next dental home. Send your résumé or reach out directly to Leann May at [email protected] to share your interest and learn more about Anamosa Dental Associates.

We look forward to hearing from you!
