About Solink

At Solink, our mission is to safeguard what matters most . We provide businesses with the tools to know sooner and act faster by transforming video security into real-time operational insights.

Our cloud-based platform integrates seamlessly with your existing cameras and systems, turning them into intelligent sensors that detect and interpret key moments. This empowers teams to make data-driven decisions, enhance security, and improve operational efficiency.

Trusted by over 36,000 locations across 60+ countries - including brands like McDonald’s and JYSK - Solink delivers clarity when it counts. Our solutions help businesses reduce shrink, optimize performance, and respond proactively to potential threats.

We're growing rapidly, earning industry recognition, and scaling with purpose. We’ve been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 50™ and Fast 500™, Business Intelligence Group, and as one of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work. And we’re just getting started!

The Role

As a key member of our operations project management team, you will manage relationships with our customers, vendors, partners and internal teams to ensure Solink is deployed to all sites in a timely fashion. You will build trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, keeping everyone aligned and informed throughout a deployment, and use the right project management tools and structure to scope, execute, and track deployments from kickoff to completion.

We’re searching for a person who can think on their feet, a person who enjoys finding and fitting missing pieces together to solve a puzzle - someone who is always looking for ways to challenge the status quo. This is a customer-facing role, so we're looking for employees who have a strong command of the English language both written and verbal that deliver excellence with a smile.

Passion, positivity, and curiosity with the ability to organize, manage, and run multiple projects on-the-go while thinking outside-the-box, will be key characteristics to thrive in this role.

What You’ll Do

Communicate with customers on the details of integrating our product into their business.

Work with our Sales teams to ensure customers' needs are understood and met.

Build trust-based working relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, keeping them engaged and informed throughout a deployment.

Coordinate the installation of Solink with our subcontractors and integrators across different regions globally.

Validate/verify installations are completed as per Solink standards - notify customers when installations are completed and act as a trusted advisor for customer escalations.

Coordinate and schedule installation workloads for the internal Deployment Support team.

Successfully scope and plan deployments of typical size and complexity, landing them on time and within expectations.

Maintain accurate project/deployment reporting and KPI tracking; utilize project management tracking tools and internal systems to manage deployments and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Act as the intermediary between internal and external parties of interest for each customer and/or project.

Lead daily, weekly and monthly stand up and status update meetings.

Contribute to quarterly business review calls with key customer groups.

Apply Solink’s standard deployment processes reliably, and know when a situation calls for a second opinion rather than forcing it to fit.

Be solutions-minded and collaborate with internal teams to address obstacles.

Drive new process improvements that will assist in achieving Solink’s growth targets.

Manage, track and approve invoices for suppliers and subcontractors.

Ensure projects stay within budget.

Act as a subject matter expert on Solink’s deployment processes.

Manage and track hardware purchases, shipments and delivery to customer locations, flagging supply or shipping risks before they become urgent.

What You Bring

You ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years experience (New grads with some experience welcome) in an operations coordinator, project, or deployment management role, ideally supporting large-scale clients and projects.

You have the proven ability to take complete ownership of problems from identification through to resolution. Ambiguity doesn’t scare you, it excites you!

You can use Google Suite (Sheets, Word, Gmail, Calendar), SmartSheets, and Salesforce to update your work.

You have a PASSION for the 3 P’s: People, Product & Process

You have an ability to work independently or within a team supporting a network of partners, customers and projects.

You are a self starter who is willing to think outside the box and is comfortable bringing forward new ideas.

You have the ability to see how to do things manually and think through automation; you are comfortable assessing and improving processes with a goal of increasing efficiency.

You are comfortable reporting on project metrics and performance to a wide array of stakeholders.

You have “top-notch” communication both written and verbal in English

You have a friendly, can-do, attitude and a strong desire to deliver superior customer service - customers can hear your smile through the phone, an email or over a chat!

Capable of delivering clear and concise explanations of troubleshooting steps and solutions to customers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of technical issues.

You proactively communicate progress and blockers to keep your team and stakeholders aligned, and you know who to bring in when a deployment doesn’t fit the standard playbook.

You take initiative to move work forward without being prompted, and you follow through on commitments consistently.

Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
