Purpose of the role:

This position involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service. He/she will assist in managing branch sales & operation staff performance and fostering a positive work environment. He/she also requires effective communication and collaboration with various departments to achieve branch goals and enhance operational efficiency.

What you will be doing:

• •Co-ordinate with Branch Manager to collaborate branch sales and operation teams
• •Oversee in-branch counter operation efficiency, operation control and quality, ensure overall branch premises is in good order for daily operations
• •Ensure full compliance to laid down branch operation procedure and process
• •Manage branch audit review and in-branch control checking
• •Resolve branch counter related compliant & provide in-branch operation briefing
• •Guide and coach branch operation staff on need-based sales referrals
• •Oversee sales operations to ensure full compliance and mitigate risks
• •Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operational procedures related to wealth management sales.
• •Collaborate with Risk Stewards to address findings and reinforcement

Who are we looking for:

• •Minimum 7 years’ relevant branch operation experience
• •Diploma or above
• •Solid people management skill
• •Good communication and interpersonal skills
• •Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure
• •Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• •Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
