Job Description Summary

Build a strong execution foundation for Galderma India's social media channels across Cetaphil India, Cetaphil Baby, Benzac and Biluma. This is an Individual Contributor role that covers social media in its entirety, and owns delivery from idea to published post to measured impact.

Key Responsibilities

• •Social strategy execution: Implement social media strategies for new product developments (NPDs) and new projects, working closely with the social media and HCP teams.
• •Social Media in toto: Look at our entire social media strategy from BAU Content, Influencers and HCPs in toto.
• •Content creation: Create, shape and review content that is platform-native, on-brand and built for performance.
• •Trends and agility: Spot emerging trends, formats and conversations early, and turn them into timely, on-brand content quickly.
• •AI innovation: Bring AI tools and workflows into content ideation, production and optimisation to improve speed, scale and quality.
• •Stakeholder management: Own end-to-end stakeholder management, both with internal teams (brand, medical, legal, regulatory) and with external creative, media and influencer agencies.
• •Policy and compliance: Apply a working understanding of platform policies and industry guidelines for content involving beauty and lifestyle creators as well as HCP creators.
• •Reporting and impact: Track, report and measure the impact of all social activities, and use insights to sharpen future plans.

Who We're Looking For

Chronically online, with a thorough, first-hand understanding of the current social media landscape, platforms, creators and culture.Strong hands-on content creation skills and a sharp eye for what works on each platform.Genuine curiosity about AI and a track record of using it to innovate in content and workflows.Agile and trend-literate, comfortable moving fast without compromising brand or compliance standards.Confident managing multiple stakeholders and agencies at once.Comfortable with data: able to read performance metrics, report clearly and turn insights into action.Experience in skincare, beauty, healthcare or other regulated categories is a plus.
