[What you will be working on]
You will lead a team to drive CPD's strategic priorities in developing and implementing initiatives under the International Carbon Credit (ICC) framework, supporting cross-border CCS cooperation, and advancing emerging mitigation measures. You will manage and guide the team to:
- Develop policies and implementation approaches for CCS and emerging mitigation measures.
- Drive the development, review and operationalisation of Singapore's ICC Framework
- Build organisational capability in carbon crediting methodologies, CCS and emerging mitigation measures
- Build, maintain and influence international and regional networks to advance Singapore's interests
- Lead division-wide strategic and operational initiatives

- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

- Strong ability to learn on the fly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, automation and AI tools.
- Willing to travel overseas for International/regional meetings.
- You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
