Für öffentliche und kommunale Auftraggeber wie auch für den Privatkunden sind wir ein erfahrender und zuverlässiger Partner in den Bereichen Straßen-, Tief- und Pflasterbau.

Wir suchen einen Vorarbeiter (m/w/d), der Interesse hat ein kleines Team zu führen. Unsere Baustellen befinden sich im näheren Umkreis ohne Montage. Profitieren Sie von geregelten Arbeitszeiten (Montag bis Freitag) und einem guten Betriebsklima.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ergebnisorientierte und projektgerechte Vorbereitungen für die Abwicklung der Baustelle sowie die Eigenständige Führung kleinerer und mittlerer Baumaßnahmen
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in vertraglichen und fachlichen Themen
  • Durchführung von Geländeaufnahmen, Vermessungsarbeiten und Absteckungen
  • Erdbewegungsarbeiten sowie Aufmaßerstellung
  • Gewährleistung eines termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Bauablaufs sowie Personal-, Material- und Gerätedisposition
  • Erstellung von Protokollen und Abrechnungen

Folgende Voraussetzungen sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • PKW Führerschein, gern auch Führerschein C1E
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine engagierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
