Der Jugendhof Gräfendhron ist eine Jugendhilfeeinrichtung im Landkreis Bernkastel-Wittlich und sucht baldmöglichst:

eine pädagogische Fachkraft (w / m / d) für den vollstationären Bereich

Die Stelle umfasst eine wöchentliche Arbeitszeit von 39 Stunden (auch in Teilzeit möglich) und ist eine unbefristete Stelle

Ihre Aufgaben

  • die Betreuung und Begleitung von Jugendlichen in unserer intensivpädagogischen Wohngruppe in Gräfendhron
  • alle anfallenden Tätigkeiten des Alltags im Zwischen- und Nachtdienst
  • Aufbau und halten tragfähiger Beziehungen zu den Jugendlichen
  • die Durchführung von Zielen aus dem Hilfeplanverfahren

Ihr Profil

  • Spaß an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen
  • Fachlich fundierte Ausbildung (mindestens Erzieher/in)
  • Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung
  • Teamfähigkeit

  • die Bereitschaft zur eigenständigen Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • einen sicheren Umgang mit der EDV
  • den Besitz des Führerscheins Klasse B
  • die kollegiale und aktive Mitarbeit im Team
