  • Herzliche Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Gäste und Mitglieder am Welcome Desk.
  • Reibungsloser Check-in-Prozess und Erstellung von Mitgliedskarten.
  • Effiziente Beantwortung von Telefonanrufen und E-Mails, stets hilfsbereit und informativ.
  • Unterstützung beim Verkauf von Mitgliedschaften, Tageskarten und weiteren Dienstleistungen.
  • Professionelle Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Auswahl passender Angebote.
  • Sensibles und professionelles Beschwerdemanagement, um Lösungen zu finden und Gäste zufriedenzustellen.
  • Einhaltung von Hygienemanagement-Richtlinien zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit unserer Gäste und Mitarbeiter.

### Was du mitbringst

  • Ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in ähnlichen Positionen.
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Nutzung von Computer- und Büroanwendungen.
  • Die Motivation, unser Team zu bereichern und ein positives Besuchererlebnis zu schaffen, unter Berücksichtigung von Hygienemanagement-Richtlinien.
