Developer Community Lead (6 Month Contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Community Lead based in Canada.

• This role is focused on building and growing a vibrant community of developers, researchers, and early adopters working at the forefront of AI.
• You’ll shape the strategy for engaging technical users and create spaces where builders can connect, exchange ideas, and share what they are creating.
• From Discord and forums to meetups, hackathons, office hours, and livestreams, you’ll create experiences that deepen engagement and expand reach.
• You’ll also develop an ambassador program and establish scalable systems that make community operations more efficient as the ecosystem grows.
• Working closely with technical and marketing teams, you’ll turn community conversations and feedback into actionable insights and opportunities.
• The role combines community building, event leadership, operations, relationship management, and genuine curiosity about emerging technology.
