Development Engineer - Orbital Stage (m/f/d)

## Your Tasks

• •Be the system owner of various structures and/or fluidic systems on the upper stage of the launch vehicle.
• •Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from concept to hardware integration and post-flight analysis
• •Define and maintain requirements with a strong focus on system-reliability
• •Create CAD models of components and assemblies
• •Collaborate with the testing team to qualify the systems
• •Support the AIT team and resolve non-conformances
• •Closely work with peers from Propulsion, Analysis and Testing

## Your Qualifications

• •Degree in Aerospace engineering
• •2+ years in the design/ development of lightweight structures or fluidic systems for spacecraft applications.
• •Experience with thermal control hardware like multilayer insulation, heat pipes, heaters… is a plus.
• •Good skills with CAD software (Siemens NX or other)
• •Exceptional problem-solving abilities and addition to detail.
• •Hands- on experience in a testing or operation environment
• •Basic knowledge of launch vehicles and sub-systems
• •Feel confident with medium and high-pressure pneumatic systems
• •Business Level English
