Your role

• As an (Experienced) D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Development Lead, you’ll take on a hands on technical role focused on leading, designing and implementing integration solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem. You’ll contribute to ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and driving innovation through the adoption of modern Microsoft technologies.
• In this role you will play a key role in:

• •Developing and managing integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and third party systems using Azure services, APIs, and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• •Taking technical ownership of solutions by planning and prioritizing development work together with the team, taking technical ownership of solutions and delivery quality.
• •Supporting developers through technical guidance, design discussions and code reviews, contributing to best practices and high quality coding standards.
• •Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical designs, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
• •Contributing across the development lifecycle by estimating FDDs, conducting code reviews, build, technical design (TDD), release and branching strategies as part of the development team.

Your profile

• •7+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or X++ development.
• •Solid experience designing and implementing technical solutions in D365 F&O, including integrations, customizations, and data migrations.
• •Comfortable taking technical ownership of solutions, contributing to design, code quality, and maintainability in collaborative teams.
• •Clear understanding of business processes, with experience from both implementation and support projects and experience identifying and improving system gaps.
• •Fluency in Swedish and good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Note: You need to be based in Sweden and have proficiency in Swedish to be considered for the role.
