Job Location: Pimpalner, Sakri, Dist – Dhule (Maharashtra)

Experience: - Min 2-4 years’ experience in Rural Development sector.

Qualification & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Development, Social Work or related field .
  • 2–4 years of experience in FPOs, agriculture, agribusiness, livelihoods or value-chain development .
  • Good communication, farmer mobilization and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of FPO operations, commodity value chains and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.
  • Marathi/Hindi proficiency preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mobilize farmers and increase FPO member participation.
  • Support aggregation, procurement, grading, quality control and primary processing .
  • Facilitate market linkages, buyer coordination and order fulfilment.
  • Track local market prices and provide market intelligence.
  • Coordinate logistics, dispatch and delivery of produce.
  • Support FPO CEOs/BODs in business planning and day-to-day operations.
  • Develop system for procurement, sales, stock, member and field records.
  • Support FPO compliance, training, project implementation and MIS reporting.
  • Coordinate with buyers, government agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Support in other project implementation work

Compensation: As per organizational norms and experience.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills in Gujarati, English and Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to rural project sites
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
