Über den Bereich

Für den Bereich „Ground & Naval Solution Management" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Development Project Manager (w/m/d)" am Standort Oberkochen, Betriebsteil Aalen.

Unser engagiertes Team, bestehend aus den "Development Project Managern", arbeitet daran, die Entwicklung für Systeme sämtlicher land- und seebasierter Produkte koordinativ und organisatorisch mit den Teams der zugeordneten Mechatronik- und Software-Abteilungen der HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH zu entwickeln. Sie fungieren als technischer Projektleiter (w/m/d) mit dem Ziel, Projekte in Zeit, Kosten und Qualität sicherzustellen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen und motivierten "Development Project Manager (w/m/d)".

Ihre Aufgaben

• •Technische Projektleitung innerhalb der Entwicklung
• •Sicherstellung der kosten-, qualitäts- und termingerechten Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten
• •Projektplanung der relevanten Arbeitspakete, Komponenten und Ressourcen
• •Koordinierung von Entwicklungsleistungen mit internen Schnittstellen (Entwicklung, Einkauf, Qualität, Produktion)
• •Sicherstellung von Prozessanforderungen (Bspw. Systemanforderungen, -architekturen und -tests)
• •Steuerung von externen Entwicklungsleistungen
• •Ressourcenmanagement
• •Sicherstellung Chancen- und Risikomanagement
• •Statusberichterstattung an Stakeholder und Management
• •Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten

Ihr Profil

• •Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
• •Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement (>5J.)
• •Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (PMP, IPMA, Prince)
• •Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung von Vorteil
• •Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und organisatorischen Leitung von Teams
• •Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit nationalen und internationalen Unterauftragnehmern
• •Erfahrung im Umgang mit internen Kunden und Kooperationspartnern
• •Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und überzeugendes Auftreten
• •Hohe Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und Motivationsfähigkeit
• •Sehr gutes Deutsch und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
