About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Residential Support Staff to provide direct care to an individual with developmental disabilities who will reside in a residential setting staffed 24/7. This role focuses on supporting the client in developing self-regulation skills, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and respectful home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide daily support, supervision, and crisis intervention to ensure client safety.
• •Build a therapeutic, respectful, and choice-driven living environment.
• •Implement the individualized support plan, and behavioral support plan.
• •Assist with personal care, medication administration, transportation, and household duties.
• •Maintain accurate documentation, including daily data, incident reports, and financial tracking.
• •Support clients in building healthy relationships, community inclusion, and self-advocacy.

Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2–4 years related experience preferred.
• •Ability to support individuals who may exhibit dangerous or unpredictable behaviors.
• •Strong judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills.
• •Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, web navigation).
• •Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations; flexible and creative problem-solver.
• •Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable insured vehicle.

Position Details

· Hours over 30/week eligible for a full benefit package. The schedule may include evening, overnight and weekend hours.

The overnight shift in this home is sleep overnight. You may prefer a schedule with overnight only. Or perhaps you are a Weekend Warrior, looking to work Saturday and Sunday to fit your lifestyle. Let's connect and create a schedule that works for you and our team.

· $25.43 for daytime hours and $20.68 for overnights. The rates include the base and stipend.

· Sign on bonus up to $750.
