What You’ll Do

• •Support people in building their lives by connecting them to community resources, services, and opportunities
• •Be a steady presence —listening, problem-solving, mediating, and helping navigate challenges
• •Coordinate and monitor support to ensure plans remain effective, respectful, and person-centered
• •Collaborate with families, providers, and community partners

What We’re Looking For

• •Experience: Related experience in human services, education, healthcare, social services, or a helping profession is helpful—but direct experience in developmental services is not required
• •Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute
• •Skills: Strong organization, communication, empathy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• •Mindset: Curious, compassionate, and willing to learn

Position Details

• •Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday
• Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support
• •Pay: Starting at $24.09/hour , plus a generous on-call stipend and additional pay for emergency responses
