Devops Engineer

Your role & work environment

As a DevOps Engineer, you contribute to the automation, standardization and reliability of infrastructure and application platforms. You work on critical Linux environments, Cloud initiatives and the automation of operations while ensuring compliance with the bank’s security and operational standards.

You collaborate closely with Development, Security and Infrastructure teams and contribute to continuous improvement, technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Your key responsibilities

Infrastructure, Cloud & reliability

• •Administer and maintain Linux servers, IPC platforms and related infrastructure.
• •Deploy and operate Cloud infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
• •Ensure platform availability, performance and security, and participate in incident, problem and change management activities.

Automation & DevOps

• •Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, Python and Shell scripting.
• •Industrialize deployment and configuration processes using Infrastructure as Code principles.
• •Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

Security & continuous improvement

• •Administer SSL/TLS certificates and certificate auto-renewal solutions.
• •Work with certificate management automation tools, Vault and Azure Key Vault and apply Linux security best practices.
• •Maintain technical documentation, promote knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

As a DevOps Engineer you will also need:

• •3 to 5 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE or Infrastructure role.
• •Strong Linux administration skills, including troubleshooting and log analysis.
• •Proven experience with Ansible, Python and Bash/Shell scripting.
• •Good understanding of Cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• •Experience with Git, GitHub or Azure DevOps and CI/CD environments.
• •Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• •Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate management, Vault or Azure Key Vault and Linux security best practices.
• •Knowledge of monitoring solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/Elastic Stack or Splunk.
• •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• •Ability to work effectively in a team with a continuous improvement mindset.
• •Professional proficiency in English.
• •Interest in AI technologies and their application within the banking sector.

Nice to have:

• •Experience in a banking or financial environment.
• •Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or Podman.
• •Azure, Red Hat or Ansible certifications.
• •Experience with ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise and ITSM tools.
