Als Teil unseres DevOps-Teams bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und IT und unterstützt unseren Entwickler:innen dabei, effizient und reibungslos zu arbeiten:

  • Automatisieren, Pflegen und Weiterentwickeln von Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozessen (CI/CD)
  • Infrastruktur-Management: Verwalten, Support und Weiterentwicklung unserer Build-Infrastruktur (Infrastructure-as-Code/GitOps) sowie entwicklungsrelevanter Ressourcen
  • Analysieren von Anforderungen der Softwareentwicklungsteams, Ableiten technischer Lösungen und Entwickeln von Software zur Effizienzsteigerung der Prozessabläufe in engem Zusammenspiel mit der Entwicklung
  • Auswerten von Trends und Technologien im Kontext zukunftsweisender Innovationsthemen

## Das bist Du

Du behältst nicht nur den Überblick, sondern jonglierst geschickt mit verschiedenen Aufgaben. Deine Begeisterung, Prozesse zu optimieren und zu automatisieren, ist deutlich spürbar. Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise überzeugt nicht nur durch gute, sondern durch herausragende Prozesse. Im agilen Umfeld fühlst Du Dich als Teamplayer besonders wohl und bringst dazu mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Praxiserfahrung im Build-Management und Interesse in Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) sowie Azure DevOps/Git; Pluspunkt: Erfahrungen mit Docker, Kubernetes oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Bereitschaft zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen und mutiger Umgang mit Herausforderungen
