Project Description

The project focuses on deployment, automation, and infrastructure operations for the client’s hosted contact center automation platform. The DevOps Deployment Engineer will work with technically complex environments, supporting application installations, upgrades, releases, hot fixes, and service packs across development, testing, and production. The role involves close collaboration with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, support infrastructure automation, and ensure reliable monitoring, alerting, and logging for production environments.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to build, automate, and support deployment pipelines and IaC solutions;

Help plan and coordinate product releases, hot fixes, and service packs across development, test, and production environments;

Improve deployment processes and tools to make releases faster, more reliable, and easier to scale;

Support the implementation and maintenance of monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to help ensure system health and performance;

Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to investigate and resolve deployment issues;

Create and maintain clear deployment documentation, runbooks, and best-practice guides to support consistent delivery and knowledge sharing;

Keep up with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation trends, and bring practical ideas to the team;

Follow company’s policies and procedures in all aspects of the role;

Job Requirements

1+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role, ideally with focus to deployment automation and infrastructure management;

Experience writing scripts or automations using Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar languages;

Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes;

Familiarity with one or more cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, preferably AWS;

Working knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef;

Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar platforms;

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in distributed environments;

Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;
