  • Das DIADOCTO Diabetes-Zentrum Bottrop sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Diabetesberater/in DDG (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.
  • Wir sind eine diabetologische Schwerpunktpraxis mit hausärztlicher Versorgung in Bottrop. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit Diabetes mellitus Typ 1, Typ 2, Gestationsdiabetes, Sonderformen des Diabetes sowie diabetischem Fußsyndrom.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • selbstständige Diabetesberatung
  • Einzelberatungen und Gruppenschulungen
  • strukturierte Schulungen für Menschen mit Diabetes
  • Beratung zu Blutzuckermessung, CGM und FGM
  • Unterstützung bei Insulintherapie und Pumpentherapie
  • Dokumentation und organisatorische Aufgaben im Bereich Diabetologie
  • langfristige Patientenbegleitung

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Diabetesberater/in DDG (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der diabetologischen Beratung
  • Kenntnisse in strukturierten Schulungsprogrammen von Vorteil
  • freundliche, empathische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
