Die Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin, Neonatologie und Pädiatrische Intensivmedizin sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Medizinischen Fachangestellten (w/m/d), Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankpfleger (w/m/d) oder eine Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) als Diabetesberater (w/m/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit. Die Stelle ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung befristet.

### Was Sie erwartet:

  • Betreuung der ambulanten und stationären PatientInnen
  • Anpassung der Pen- und Insulinpumpentherapie
  • Schulung der PatientInnen mit Diabetes Typ 1 und anderen Diabetesformen und deren Angehörigen
  • Betreuung der PatientInnen und ihren Familien bei der Manifestation

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinischer Fachangestellter (w/m/d), Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Diabetesberater (w/m/d)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Therapie und Betreuung von Kindern mit Diabetes Typ
  • Organisationstalent und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundlichkeit und hohe soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit den KollegInnen aller Berufsgruppen
