DiabetesberaterIn für ca. 4 Stunden in der Woche auf Mini-Job-Basis

Stellenbeschreibung:

Cardiowell ist ein ambulantes Rehabilitationszentrum mit bis zu 30 kardiologischen und angiologischen Patienten. Wir sind ein interdisziplinäres Team mit Ärzten, Krankenschwestern, medizinischen Fachangestellten, Sportwissenschaftlern, Physiotherapeut, Ergotherapeutin, Psychologinnen, Diätassistentin und Sozialarbeiterin.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Seminare zur herzgesunden Ernährung unter Berücksichtigung der ESC- Leitlinien

Seminar zur Gewichtsreduktion

Praktische Anleitung der Patient/innen in der Lehrküche

Einzelberatungen von Patienten mit Diabetes mellitus

Unsere Anforderungen: • möglichst Berufserfahrungen in einer Rehabilitationseinrichtung bzw. Erfahrungen in dem oben beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich • Teamfähigkeit
