About this position

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for analyzing and diagnosing electronic product failures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities and duties

• •Perform electrical and mechanical analyses to identify and resolve product issues.
• •Evaluate and improve test system performance to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• •Execute hardware reflash operations when required.
• •Launch and follow up on Rapid Problem Resolution (RPS) events.
• •Collaborate with Quality Engineers to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• •Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing internal rejects and waste.

Basic qualifications:

• •Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• •Experience in electronic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• •Knowledge of test and analysis equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, RF generators, and programmers.
• •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• •Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)

• •Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• •Good written and verbal English communication skills.
