## Die IHK Chemnitz sucht ab sofort einen Referenten Recht (m/w/d).

### Unbefristet, Vollzeit (40 Std/Woche, Teilzeit möglich)

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • rechtliche Beratung von Unternehmen, Existenzgründern und der internen Fachabteilungen, insbesondere im Bereich des Vertragsrechts.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich des Product Compliance und des Datenschutzrechtes sind von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend.
  • Erstellung von Stellungnahmen zu Gesetzesvorhaben.
  • Austausch und Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen auf Landes- und Bundesebene.
  • Mitwirkung bei Veranstaltungen zu aktuellen Rechtsthemen.

### Ihr Profil:

  • zweites juristisches Staatsexamen, Wirtschaftsjurist oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • zuverlässige, engagierte und zügige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Organisationsvermögen, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsbereitschaft
