Die Krabbelstube "Kleine Flitzer" sucht Verstärkung – Erzieher/in oder Kinderpfleger/in

Wir sind eine zweigruppige Einrichtung, in der 24 Kinder im Alter von 6 Monaten bis 3 Jahren täglich von 7:30 bis 17:00 Uhr betreut werden. Pro Gruppe arbeiten 3–4 Mitarbeitende.

Unsere pädagogische Arbeit orientiert sich am situationsorientierten Ansatz. Dabei gehen wir individuell auf die Bedürfnisse und Ressourcen der Kinder ein. Bewegung und Zeit in der Natur sind uns besonders wichtig.

Wir sind eine Elterninitiative, die seit 40 Jahren besteht. Seit 2021 befinden wir uns in neuen Räumlichkeiten in der Nähe des Naturschutzgebiets am Röthelheimpark in Erlangen. Unsere familiäre Arbeitsatmosphäre bietet viel Raum für eigene Ideen und Mitgestaltung.
