Die Nova Familienhilfe sucht ab sofort engagierte und empathische Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d) , die unsere ambulanten Erziehungshilfen gemäß § 27, 30, 31, 35 und § 41 SGB VIII tatkräftig unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Familien im Rahmen der ambulanten Erziehungshilfe
  • Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung von Alltagsproblemen und familiären Krisen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Hilfepläne in Zusammenarbeit mit den Familien und dem Jugendamt
  • Förderung der Erziehungskompetenz und sozialen Teilhabe
  • Dokumentation und Berichtserstellung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Familien und Kindern wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
