Job Description:

• •Responsible for carrying out servicing and repairs in a commercially acceptable standard and time.
• •Responsible for assisting to provide effective and efficient customer service support and communication.
• •Liaise with Foreman and/or Leading Hand to ensure clear and accurate communication of customer requirements including scope of work and timeframes.
• •Ensure compliance with the company’s policies including Health and Safety and Code of Business Conduct.
• •Mentor and support apprentice technicians.

Job Requirement:

• •NZ: Trade qualification - “National Certificate in the Motor Industry” (Automotive Heavy Engineering – Road Transport) or its equivalent.
• •MY: SKM Level 3 / Diploma related to Internal Combustion Engine, Automotive, Heavy Industrial Equipment, Mechanical & Electrical Service Maintenance or its equivalent.
• •Min 3 years of experience as a Diesel Technician, or similar.
• •Good command of English (written & spoken)
• •Attention to detail, Team player, Customer service oriented
• •Able to relocate to New Zealand under localized package (subject to visa approvals & requirements)
