Sierra Valley Rehab Center is seeking a dependable and caring Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our team! Help create a positive dining experience for our residents while supporting their comfort, nutrition, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• •Assist with preparing and serving meals according to approved menus and resident dietary needs.
• •Assemble meal trays, ensuring correct portions, beverages, and utensils.
• •Follow diet instructions and food safety procedures.
• •Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and dining areas.
• •Assist with storing deliveries and organizing food and supplies.
• •Work closely with dietary and nursing staff to support resident needs.
• •Treat residents, families, and coworkers with kindness and respect.

Qualifications

• •Previous food service or healthcare dietary experience preferred.
• •Willingness to learn and follow food handling and sanitation procedures.
• •Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
• •Ability to work in a busy kitchen and assist with standing, lifting, and moving supplies.
• •A commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.
