Dietary Manager

The Harold and Louise Healthcare Center is a RCF facility. We are currently accepting applications for a Dietary Manager. Candidates applying must be flexible and available to work varying shift times, as well as weekends and/or holidays. Experience in a long-term care facility or hotel setting is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and meal preparation in a kitchen setting.

• Responsibilities:
• - Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus
• - Ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
• - Follow proper food handling procedures and regulations
• - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Weekly Ordering for food and dietary supplies

• Experience:
• - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
• - Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
• - Familiarity with menu planning and catering concepts
• - Ability to use kitchen equipment such as knives effectively
• - Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus
