We’re looking for a Digital Analytics & Insights Director to lead Mango’s Digital Analytics & Insights function, and help us turn data into a real competitive advantage.

This role defines digital measurement, strengthens analytics capabilities, ensures data quality and governance, and delivers actionable insights to drive profitable growth across mango.com, marketplaces, and emerging digital channels. Makes the business understand performance, identify drivers, anticipate outcomes, and guide next best actions.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• •Define and lead Mango’s Digital Analytics & Insights strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth ambitions.
• •Establish a best-in-class measurement and decision framework that enables faster, smarter, and more predictive decision-making across the digital business.
• •Lead and develop a high-performing Analytics & Insights organization, building strong analytical, technical and commercial capabilities across the function.
• •Provide a holistic and quantitative view of the digital business, integrating performance across markets, channels, customers, and categories to enhance customer experience and drive profitable growth.
• •Drive commercial business steering through KPI monitoring and performance diagnosis, identifying risks, opportunities, and growth levers across the customer journey and sales funnel.
• •Define the digital measurement, experimentation, and data intelligence agenda, ensuring robust data quality, attribution, KPI governance, dashboards, testing capabilities, and AI-enabled analytics.
• •Accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the function, using predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation to improve forecasting, scale insight generation, and support better decisions.
• •Deliver strategic insights and performance benchmarks across markets, categories, customers, and channels to uncover opportunities and strengthen competitive advantage.
• •Lead weekly executive business reviews with senior stakeholders, assessing performance, setting priorities, and coordinating cross-functional action plans across eCommerce, Performance Marketing, CRM, Product, and Operations.

ABOUT YOU:

• •Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science or a related discipline is preferred.
• •10+ years leading Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data & Insights or similar functions within eCommerce organizations.
• •Proven experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, international environments.
• •Experience applying Artificial Intelligence, predictive analytics and advanced analytics to business decision making.
• •Strong understanding of eCommerce, marketing measurement, experimentation and business performance management.
