Job Summary

Designs and optimizes digital services to meet user requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions. Analyzes system performance and implements improvements to enhance functionality.

• Key Areas of Responsibility
• •Creates and maintains digital dashboards and reports by using different Data warehouses for various stakeholders. ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• •Collects, validates, and interprets data from multiple digital sources.
• •Develops automated reporting solutions to enhance efficiency.
• •Supports data governance and compliance standards in reporting activities.
• •Delivers the reporting projects and change requests within the domain by performing outcome analysis, search analysis, testing analysis etc.
• •Functional expertise within the domain (O2C) and understanding about technologies (SAP BW, S4 HANA, Snowflake, PowerBI).
• •Support in incidents and problems solving by performing deep-dive/ad-hoc analysis where required.
• •Documents existing and future solutions under the guidance of the Template Control team.

• Critical Experiences
• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field focusing on data management and analytics.
• •Hands-on experience in digital reporting, data warehousing, and dashboard development using tools like SAP BW, S4 HANA, Snowflake, and PowerBI.
• •Relevant certifications in data analytics or business intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI Certification, SAP Certified Application Associate, or equivalent are essential to validate technical proficiency.

• •First Time Right – Changes after the project go live due to gap in gathering requirement, defining scope, specification, definition of done.
• •Requirement gathering and analysis for project delivery.
• •Incidents and Change Requests. Number of issues after Go-Live.
• •User support & training.
• •Automation of reports.
• •Meeting the reporting SLA.

Grading Differentiators

• •Expert knowledge to create reports and dashboards using different data sources.
• •Expert partner to business key users and/or designated BPE/BPO.
• •Thought leader in a reporting (sub)domain.
• •This is a leader team member role that works independently and supervises other team members.
• •Mastery of relevant technologies and multiple domains (M2O, I2M etc.).
