Digital Education Manager

Job Description:

What are we looking for?

• •Apply strong understanding of veterinarians, breeders, pet retailers and other professional audiences to identify engagement opportunities
• •Support the development and execution of digital engagement platforms (2B CRM) to drive activation, engagement and retention
• •Support 2B CRM regular operations and performance review to enhance professional NPS

What will be your key responsibilities?

Digital Professional Engagement – 40%

• •Support the planning and execution of digital engagement strategy for veterinarians, breeders and other professional audiences
• •Work with cross-functional teams to develop audience-relevant content, educational activities and communication plans
• •Drive participation and adoption of professional engagement initiatives through digital channels

CRM Operations – 40%

• •Manage CRM operations, user segmentation and campaign deployment in collaboration with external agencies
• •Execute E2E CRM campaigns, including journey setup, testing, targeting and delivery
• •Maintain CRM data quality and support continuous optimization of campaign operations and processes

Insights & Analytics –20%

Monitor users engagement, retention and campaign performance across key programsDevelop performance reports and dashboards to support business reviews and decision-makingGenerate actionable insights and recommendations based on audience behavior and campaign results

Job Specifications/Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience working with professionals in Petcare, Animal Health, Veterinary, Healthcare or related industries preferred

Experience in CRM, customer engagement, customer activation, loyalty, membership or community programs preferred

Strong communication and analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills.

Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English

Bachelor degree or above
