Digital Enterprise Advisory Associate Manager | Business Solutions

The Digital Enterprise Advisory Associate Manager helps clients shape and deliver business transformation initiatives enabled by Microsoft Business Solutions and broader digital enterprise capabilities. The role combines advisory, business analysis, engagement leadership, client relationship management, and people development.

As an Associate Manager, you will lead assessments, workshops, and transformation engagements, translate business challenges into actionable recommendations, and coach junior team members while building trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities :

Client engagement & advisory delivery

• •Lead business assessments, discovery engagements, and workshops to identify transformation opportunities and define actionable roadmaps.
• •Facilitate stakeholder discussions, develop business cases, and translate business needs into practical recommendations.
• •Build trusted client relationships, influence stakeholder decisions, and present recommendations to senior management.
• •Manage engagement delivery, including scope, risks, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
• •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to drive successful client outcomes.

People leadership & coaching

• •Act as people lead for consultants and analysts.
• •Coach team members in business analysis, advisory delivery, and stakeholder management.
• •Support performance and career development discussions.
• •Provide on-the-job coaching and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Business development & practice growth

• •Support proposals, pursuits, and account development activities.
• •Contribute to advisory methodologies, assets, and knowledge sharing.
• •Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives.
• •Stay current on Microsoft Business Solutions and digital transformation trends.

Experience required

• •5-8 years of experience in consulting, advisory, business transformation, or enterprise applications.
• •Experience leading business assessments, transformation initiatives, and client workshops.
• •Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and process improvement experience.
• •Prior coaching, mentoring, or people leadership experience.
