Digital & IT Allrounder (m/w/d) – Website, IT-Infrastruktur & Social Media (Meta/Instagram/Facebook)

Wir führen mehrere Unternehmen und Marken, die alle digital auf dem neuesten Stand bleiben müssen. In dieser Rolle unterstützt du uns firmenübergreifend – von der IT-Infrastruktur bis hin zu den Websites und Social-Media-Auftritten unserer verschiedenen Brands. Es erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld ohne starre Monotonie.

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Website-Pflege: Regelmäßige inhaltliche und technische Aktualisierung unserer Website
  • Social Media (Meta-Kosmos): Betreuung und Pflege unserer Präsenzen auf Instagram und Facebook via Meta Business Suite
  • IT-Infrastruktur & Support: Laufende Betreuung und Aktualisierung der internen IT (Hard- & Software-Updates, Router/Netzwerk, Konten- und Lizenzverwaltung, Backups, Problemlösung im Alltag).
  • Grafik- & Bildbearbeitung: Zurechtschneiden, Optimieren und einfaches Bearbeiten von Bildmaterial für Website und Social Media (z. B. mit Canva, Photoshop o. Ä.).

### Das bringst du mit:

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Social Media & Meta: Du kennst Facebook, Instagram und die Meta Business Suite / Creator Studio im Detail.
  • Erfahrung in der Web-Pflege: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen CMS
  • Technisches Verständnis & IT-Affinität: Du scheust keine System-Updates, Fehleranalysen oder Tool-Konfigurationen und hältst IT-Systeme stabil am Laufen.
  • Kenntnisse in der Bildbearbeitung: Gespür für ansprechende Formate, Bildauflösungen und gängige Tools (z. B. Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise: Du packst Dinge eigeninitiativ an, denkst mit und behältst den Überblick über anstehende Wartungen und Termine.
