Twoje obowiązki:

Koordynowanie i udział w projektach optymalizacyjnych

Analiza i optymalizacja procesów end‑to‑end oraz podprocesów (głównie poprzez digitalizację)

Wdrażanie prostych rozwiązań z wykorzystaniem platform low‑code/no‑code

Współpraca ze wszystkimi jednostkami biznesowymi: identyfikacja ich potrzeb, wsparcie we wdrażaniu i testowaniu nowych rozwiązań oraz mentoring w zakresie transformacji cyfrowej

Współpraca z zespołem deweloperskim przy projektowaniu dedykowanych rozwiązań IT, w tym tłumaczenie wymagań na język techniczny klientom wewnętrznym

Tworzenie dokumentacji funkcjonalnej, procesowej i testowej

Ocena rozwiązań z portfolio digitalizacyjnego, rynku lub własnego działu rozwoju w celu jak najlepszego wsparcia procesów biznesowych

Prowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu digitalizacji procesów, np. z wykorzystaniem Power BI

Nasze wymagania:

Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane kierunki związane z IT, analizą procesów biznesowych itp.)

Doświadczenie w analizie biznesowej, transformacji cyfrowej, optymalizacji procesów lub wytwarzaniu oprogramowania

Znajomość Microsoft Power BI oraz platform low‑code/no‑code (np. Microsoft Power Platform, SAP BTP)

Umiejętność tworzenia dokumentacji i modeli z wykorzystaniem notacji BPMN

Znajomość metodologii lean lub podobnych podejść

Znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego na poziomie co najmniej B2 (niezbędne do codziennej komunikacji)

Mile widziane:

Doświadczenie w optymalizacji procesów w obszarach Produkcji, Zarządzania Łańcuchem Dostaw lub Logistyki

Podstawowa znajomość systemów SAP ERP i EWM

Znajomość innych narzędzi digitalizacyjnych lub języków programowania

Location: Bardowskiego 8, 03-888 Warsaw

Work mode: hybrid

Your responsibilities:

Coordinating and participating in optimization projects

Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end processes and sub-processes (primarily through digitalization)

Implementing simple solutions using low-code/no-code platforms

Collaborating with all business units: identifying their needs, assisting with the implementation, and testing of new solutions, mentoring them through the digital transformation

Collaborating with the development team in designing dedicated IT solutions, including translating internal customer requirements into technical language

Creating documentation on functional, process-related, and test-related aspects

Evaluating solutions from the digitization portfolio, the market, or from our own development team to best support business processes

Conducting training on process digitization, for example using Power BI

Our requirements:

Higher education in a technical field (preferably related to IT, business process analysis, etc.)

Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, process optimization, or software development

Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, SAP BTP)

Ability to create documentation and models using BPMN notation

Knowledge of lean methodology or similar approaches

English and Polish language skills at least at B2 level (essential for daily communication)

Desirable:

Experience in process optimization within Production, Supply Chain Management or Logistics

Basic knowledge of SAP ERP and EWM systems

Familiarity with other digitalization tools or programming languages
