The role:

As Digital Manager, you'll take ownership of digital media campaigns from planning through to optimisation and reporting, partnering closely with clients and internal specialists to deliver high-performing, integrated media solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires strong digital planning expertise, commercial thinking, and the confidence to manage campaigns and client relationships day-to-day.

You'll be responsible for leading digital-first campaigns across a range of channels, ensuring activity is strategically aligned, delivered on time and budget, and supported by meaningful insights that help clients make informed business decisions. Working alongside our specialist teams, you'll develop channel strategies, create clear briefs, and ensure campaign objectives are successfully brought to life.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, implementation, optimisation, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop media recommendations and schedules that align with client objectives, budgets and timelines.
  • Own day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring activity runs smoothly across all channels.
  • Lead client meetings, campaign reviews and regular status updates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal specialist teams and external media partners to deliver integrated media solutions.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support broader communications planning by identifying how digital activity connects to the wider media ecosystem.

A bit about you:

  • Proven experience in digital media planning and campaign management within an agency or media environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Programmatic, Display, Online Video, YouTube and Paid Social channels.
  • Experience developing channel strategies and briefing specialist teams to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Exposure to direct publisher bookings, integrated partnerships and digitally-led sponsorships would be highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Confidence presenting campaign results and leading client conversations.

What’s in it for you:

  • Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set up.
  • The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change.
  • 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way.
  • Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University.
